I have been a Real Estate photographer in middle Tennessee for the last 6 years. My rates are as follows, and contracts can be negotiated.

Billing is available, and payable through Paypal. Anything outside the coverage area, as indicated in the map below, please contact me.

Frontal Shot : $5 (for a frontal shot for an MLS listing/web-site photo)

Inside/Outside: $75 (per property for interior & external shots (interior price may vary according to size of property).

Slide Show: $25 (this is done like a walk thru and can include additional advertising/information)

Sales Sheet/Brochure: $20 (Mock-up you print up that has front of property and any info you want, back side is MLS listing information. To

give to potential Buyers)
